No, we have mats available at no extra charge. However, you may bring your own mat if you like but it may get pooped or peed on so that’s entirely up to you.
Will I get pooped or peed on?
Yes and No, Poop is more likely but it will be on your mat, if at all and their poop looks little black balls that are dry, don’t smell much and roll right off. Pee is different, they may pee on your mat which if happens we will clean it up right away but you probably will not be peed on. There is still that chance though so please do not be surprised if this happens. As they are farm animals after all.
What should I wear and is it a "real" yoga class?
Yoga leggings or work out clothes are recommended and yes, we teach actual yoga so whether you want to get a workout or not, that’s up to you.
