What a great experience! Yoga beginners should not be nervous to attend. The emphasis is definitely on goats and less so on yoga, but that definitely doesnโt mean people with deep practice shouldnโt come either. Itโs a bit of a hike, so best for people who have their own car or a rental, but you can do Uber or Lyft with enough notice (and enough people sharing the bill). The space is perfect for its purpose and the team does such a good job making sure everyone has the experience they want! Do this now!

Melody and her team (animals included) are out here doing some truly special work. Their animals so incredibly well cared for, I mean seriously, I have never seen such soft, happy and healthy goats. They are so well socialized and seem to really enjoy the yoga experience along with everyone else in the class. We had a total blast the whole time. I brought a bachelorette party I hosted here this past weekend and it was chock full of joy, laughs and cuteness. I will forever be suggesting this idea to every bride to be I come across. Want to do something fun and different? Goat Yoga is the ticket! You will laugh like crazy with these adorable well behaved animals! That are precious and sweet! I didnโt know what to expect - but we laughed so hard it hurt! We went during October so they were dressed for Halloween! Beautiful drive to the farm in Brentwood, TN. The instructor was very funny and explained everything very well! Go! You will not regret the laughter! It really does the body good!

Is it recommended for all ages?
Yes, everyone is welcome at Goat Yoga Nashville, HOWEVER, it may not be suitable for children under 8 years of age as the goats usually weigh 10-25 pounds. EVERYONE though ULTIMATELY PARTICIPATES AT THEIR OWN RISK. So please use your judgement wisely and as with all establishments, adults are completely responsible for and must WATCH the children in your care AT ALL TIMES. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
Do I have to sign a Liability and Appearance Waiver?
Yes, everyone participating must sign our liability waiver online before arriving and anyone watching that is on property, is required to sign one as well. The link for the waiver will be sent to you through Eventbrite at least once, 24 hours prior to the class/event.
How much does it cost?

Do I need a mat?
No, we have mats available at no extra charge. However, you may bring your own mat if you like but it may get pooped or peed on so that’s entirely up to you.
